Located in the heart of Export Promotion Industrial Park Jodhpur, Expanded in area of 8000 sq meters where under one roof we have complete in-house manufacturing to container stuffing facilities which makes our products more economical as well as in adopting more vigilant quality control measures. Our
factory area is divided into wood stock area, machinery and
assembling area, raw sanding area, finishing area, Inspection area
and Packing zone. Factory
is fully equipped with all type of machinery required. Showroom
space of 6000 sq ft in basement were our latest collections are
displayed to our customers. Our

Procurement
and selection of proper chemical and seasoned wood
(8 to 10 moisture) Removal
of cracked and bad quality wood before storing in wood stock area Detail
study of design and charting out wood requirement
Forwarding
good quality wood to machinery section for cutting as per required
size and joining with best quality adhesive.
Each
and every component is sanded up to 220 grit paper for better
quality
Forwarded
to assembling department for construction where product is assembled
with Pneumatic tools which make product free from hammer & other
machine marks Complete
product is passed through our quality system as per our product
check-list and approved master sample.
Product
is shifted to sanding and
finishing department were each product is sanded with Pneumatic
sander up to 220 grit paper for superior quality finish before it is
stained ,sealed and lacquered with high quality imported spry system
and sufficient time gap is given for drying between each process.
Product
is finally checked as per the approved shade plank and forwarded to
packing department after four to six hours gap
Proper
packing is done with required size form corner of protection &
product is wrapped in Plastic form/brown paper and Plastic bubble or
in corrugated carton as per requirement of our customer. Market
& Capacity Currently
exporting to US, Europe and other parts of world with monthly
capacity of six to eight containers. Social
